This integrated solar street light is designed specifically for outdoor use, featuring an aluminum shell and glass lampshade. It operates fully automatically without the need for wiring. The aluminum shell is waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and has excellent heat dissipation, while also providing IP66 dust and water resistance. The glass lampshade offers excellent light transmission and is weather-resistant and wear-resistant, extending the overall lifespan of the unit. High-efficiency polycrystalline silicon solar panels enhance charging efficiency, and the light is resistant to outdoor sun and rain. It offers convenient dual control via light control and remote control, allowing for charging during the day and automatic lighting at night. Imported LED chips are energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, have high color rendering, low power consumption, and long lifespan. Fixture installation

Fixing the photovoltaic panel: Use the matching bracket to install the photovoltaic panel on the top/upper part of the light pole, facing south without obstruction, and lock it after adjusting the light-receiving angle;

Fixing the lamp body: Install the lamp body in the lower part of the lamp post, adjust the lighting angle, and lock it in place with fasteners;

Wiring sealing: Align and plug in the waterproof connectors of the photovoltaic panel and the lamp body, tighten the waterproof nuts, and use cable ties to organize the wiring to prevent pulling.

Debugging and inspection: Confirm that the lamp body and photovoltaic panel are stable, test the light control/remote control function, and the lamp is ready when it can charge during the day and light up at night normally.

 

Fixing the light fixture: Drill holes in the wall, insert expansion tubes, and use expansion screws to lock the light fixture bracket in place. Adjust the lighting angle and then reinforce it.

Solar panel mounting: Use expansion bolts to fix the solar panel bracket to a nearby open south-facing wall using the same method, adjust the light-receiving angle, and tighten.

Tighten the waterproof connectors and tidy the wiring; check for stability and test the lighting function.

Fixing the lamp body: Place the special clamp (hoop) on the utility pole/post, tighten the lamp body bracket, and then tighten the clamp screws. Adjust the lighting angle.

Photovoltaic panel fixing: Use clamps to fix the photovoltaic panel bracket to the same side/adjacent column structure (facing south without obstruction), adjust the light-receiving angle and lock it in place;

Tighten the waterproof connectors and use cable ties to organize the cables and prevent them from being pulled.

Once all clamps are checked and found to be secure, the lighting function test is complete.

Note: Integrated solar streetlights ensure that the back of the solar panel is unobstructed.

⇒Work mode

1. Default automatic mode - light control sensor

Features: Automatic charging during the day and automatic lighting at night, achieving zero annual power consumption.

Activation: Press the "Auto" button on the remote control to activate the automatic night light function upon first use.

2. Remote control operation mode

High brightness mode: One-click to turn on the highest brightness to meet high-brightness lighting needs.

Energy-saving mode: Low power consumption operation, balancing energy saving and basic lighting.

Timer mode: Supports 3H/5H/8H timers, automatically turns on after dark and turns off after the corresponding duration.

Note: Pressing the "On/Off" button on the remote control will turn off the automatic mode; to restore the automatic night light, you need to press the "Auto" button again.

Q1: Are glass lampshades easily broken? Are they safe to use outdoors?

A1: Made of reinforced explosion-proof glass, it has excellent impact resistance and is not easily broken by daily outdoor wind and minor collisions; it is equipped with a sealed aluminum shell and edge protection treatment, which not only avoids the risk of breakage, but also enhances the overall waterproof sealing, making it suitable for complex outdoor environments.

 

Q2: Is the glass version suitable for severe weather such as low temperature and heavy rain?

Q3: Will the glass lampshade affect the light control sensor function?

A3: No. The light sensor is precisely embedded in the reserved position of the aluminum shell. The glass lampshade only covers the light source area and does not block the sensor from sensing light. It can normally identify the ambient brightness and realize automatic charging during the day and automatic lighting at night, combining light control and remote control functions.
