من چو بازه کارگاه هستم و پنج سال است که در مونتاژ چراغ‌های خیابانی ال‌ای‌دی فعالیت می‌کنم. مردم اغلب می‌پرسند آیا ISO9001 فقط «نمایشی» است. من همیشه به فرآیند پیش روی خود اشاره می‌کنم—از جمع‌آوری مواد تا ارسال، هر مرحله طبق یک استاندارد انجام می‌شود. این روال روزمره ما است.

من با یک فرم درخواست مواد به انبار می‌روم. هر ماده همراه با دسته‌ی منبع خود و سوابق بازرسی ارائه می‌شود — اسکن کد، گزارش صلاحیت را نمایش می‌دهد. من با انباردار امضا تبادل می‌کنم تا مسئولیت مشخص شود. هدف این مرحله جلوگیری از ورود مواد نامطابق به خط تولید در مرحله‌ی اولیه است و بازتاب اصلی الزام ISO9001 برای "ردیابی‌پذیری" می‌باشد.

تیم لجستیک کالاها را با سفارش حمل بار بر می‌دارند. ما از کارگاه در تأیید مدل‌ها و مقادیر کمک می‌کنیم و در تقویت بسته‌بندی به منظور جلوگیری از آسیب در طول حمل و نقل یاری می‌رسانیم. سفارش حمل شامل کد ردیابی است که به مشتریان اجازه می‌دهد پس از دریافت، جزئیات را به سرعت تأیید کنند و کنترل کیفیت تمام مراحل از کارخانه تا مشتری را تضمین می‌کند.
