Saya Old Zhou dari bengkel, dan saya telah memasang lampu jalan LED selama lima tahun. Orang kerap bertanya sama ada ISO9001 hanya sekadar "pameran semata". Saya sentiasa menunjukkan aliran kerja di hadapan saya—dari pengumpulan bahan hingga penghantaran, setiap langkah mengikut piawaian. Inilah rutin harian kami.

Pengumpulan Bahan: Bahan-bahan Dilengkapi dengan "Bukti"
Saya pergi ke gudang bersama Borang Permintaan Bahan. Setiap bahan dilengkapi dengan batch sumber dan rekod pemeriksaan—mengimbas kod akan memaparkan laporan kelayakan. Saya menandatangani bersama penjaga gudang untuk memperjelas tanggungjawab. Tujuan langkah ini adalah untuk mencegah bahan yang tidak memenuhi piawaian daripada memasuki lini pengeluaran sejak dari sumber, dan ia merupakan refleksi utama keperluan ISO9001 mengenai "boleh lacak".

Memulakan Kerja: Sampel Pertama Diluluskan Sebelum Pengeluaran Pukal
Pertama, saya melaraskan parameter peralatan mengikut arahan kerja dan membuat satu sampel untuk pemeriksaan kawalan kualiti. Pengeluaran pukal hanya bermula setelah sampel memenuhi semua parameter, lulus ujian prestasi, dan mendapat kelulusan bertanda tangan. Melakukan ini membantu mengenal pasti masalah peralatan atau proses pada peringkat awal, mengelakkan kerja semula dalam skala besar. Ia merupakan langkah utama dalam mencegah risiko kualiti.

Sepanjang pemasangan, saya mengikuti prosedur piawaian. Selepas menyelesaikan setiap langkah, saya mencatat dan menyemaknya secara masa nyata. Jika timbul isu kecil, saya memperbaikinya serta-merta dan mencatatkan sebabnya. Kawalan kualiti menjalankan semakan rambang secara berkala, dan jabatan teknikal turut mengambil kira cadangan praktikal daripada kami untuk pengoptimuman proses. Pendekatan ini tidak sahaja mendokumentasikan proses pengeluaran dengan jelas, malah terus meningkatkan kecekapan aliran kerja.

Produk siap mesti melalui pemeriksaan akhir. Yang layak akan dilabelkan dengan kod kesuruhan yang unik dan disimpan; yang tidak memenuhi piawaian akan dipisahkan untuk kerja semula dan diperiksa semula selepas itu. Kod kesuruhan ini dikaitkan dengan maklumat sepanjang proses, memastikan setiap lampu yang dihantar kepada pelanggan memenuhi piawaian. Walaupun berlaku isu, punca utama boleh dikesan dengan cepat.

Proses Penghantaran: "Pengesahan" Rekod dan Barang
Bersama dengan penjaga gudang, saya menyemak kuantiti berdasarkan Rekod Simpanan Masuk dan mengesahkan bahawa log pengeluaran dan laporan kualiti sepadan. Setelah disahkan, data dimasukkan ke dalam sistem. Langkah ini memastikan keselarasan antara rekod dan barangan fizikal, mencegah ralat atau kecuaian penghantaran serta meletakkan asas yang kukuh untuk penghantaran seterusnya.

Logistik: Penghantaran "Dijamin"
Pasukan logistik mengambil barang bersama Pesanan Penghantaran. Kami dari bengkel membantu mengesahkan model dan kuantiti serta membantu mengukuhkan pembungkusan untuk mencegah kerosakan semasa penghantaran. Pesanan penghantaran tersebut termasuk kod kesusuran, membolehkan pelanggan mengesah maklumat dengan cepat apabila menerima barang dan memastikan kawalan kualiti dari hujung ke hujung, dari kilang ke pelanggan.

ISO9001 bukan sekadar sijil di dinding—ia terbenam dalam nilai praktikal pengesahan bahan, pemeriksaan sampel pertama, dan penyelenggaraan rekod yang teliti. Setiap langkah piawaian diambil untuk memastikan produk kami tahan daripada pemeriksaan rapi dan memberi pelanggan ketenangan fikiran.
